For many years I have been fascinated by Greystone. I have always been attracted to the Main Building in particular. It is such a beautiful structure and I think that some people have a misconception of its history so they look at it and see pure evil. When I see this place my eyes light up! It is a place of medical advances and when you try to perfect medicine things happen. When I found out that the building was for sale I felt as if it was my calling. I feel that the person who owns it should have a certain love and respect for it. I DON’T think that any person willing to rip it down is that person. So I started The Greystone Park Historical Project. It is a non-profit organization to help save the building. I would like to renovate it and make it a museum for all to see. I think that this will stop the break-ins and satisfy curiosity. It is going to be a lot of work and take lots of people to help get this beauty back into shape. Not to mention its not cheap either so volunteering is a big thing. I feel that there is enough love out there to make this happen. Believe it or not, some people put me down for wanting to do this. They say I am crazy. Well here is what I have to say to them: "The more you tear me down the further I will rise above you and make this happen!"

I am not affiliated with the hospital. I would like to ask all people interested to please not break into the premises. There have been people in there doing lots of damage and the building can’t afford much more destruction. If you are that interested contact me and there is a possibility that you might be able to assist in the process. I am trying to get in touch with people who will potential help out with renovations. This is a long and tedious process. It is so hard to spread the word with so little resources. So please if you or someone you know might be interested and live in the area have them contact me.
